Setup, maintenance and repair of all systems and IT equipment at the center
- Assists in maintaining the software updates and also assist in installing new machines at center
- Daily errors & maintenance work to be documented in the system.
- Efficiently and safely performs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance as per schedule
- Single point of contact for all desktop/ laptops/ POS related escalations and assigning new systems to new users
- Responsible for taking backup of servers and dependent systems
- Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing and troubleshooting all software, hardware and network issues
- Escalate any restoration beyond control to the superior authorities as and when needed
- Check all the lane camera line-up and calibration, new bowlers’ addition and server upgradation
- Monitor bandwidth usage/ network set-up maintenance
- Maintaining inventory of all IT related equipment on monthly basis by tagging them according to the laid SOP
- Escalate network down-time emergencies and sove it
- Monitor CCTV setup and recording
- Pulling attendance for biometric machine
- Cleaning and maintaining office systems.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
