**Job Profile**:
Route visit and School visit. - Tangible
To ensure timely dispatch of vehicle for distribution. - Tangible
To ensure on time delivery. - Tangible
To ensure timely collection of Attendance patrak - Tangible
Data Entry and checking of Attendance Patrak and submission to finance dept. for verification. - Tangible
Submission of Bill in government - Tangible
Arrange schools visit to the TAPF Kitchen. - Tangible
Arrange Hygiene training for school children with display van at school. - Tangible
Maintain School survey form when visiting schools, any other places. - Tangible
Filling and maintain ISO documents related to schools. - Tangible
All allocated schools must be visit once within two full month. - Tangible
Food temperature trend analysis daily, weekly and monthly (for first and last schools of the allocated routes). - Tangible
Route KM trend analysis daily, weekly and monthly (for first and last schools of the allocated routes). - Tangible
Route Time and Vessels transit (sent to the schools and received back) trend analysis daily, Weekly/Monthly checking of Vehicle condition, hygiene. - Tangible
Daily reporting of work.
To supervise the attendance of the drivers and helpers.
Maintain copy of submitted school attendance patrak to the Govt. office along with bills.
Arrangement for monthly meeting with Drivers and Helpers.
