**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Data Entry:

- Accurately enter financial and non-financial data into the company's databases and accounting software.
- Verify the accuracy of data input to ensure the integrity of financial records.
- 2. Accounting Support:

- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and reconciling financial statements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- 3. Record Keeping:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.
- 4. Quality Assurance:

- Perform regular checks on data entered to identify and correct errors.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data entry processes.
- 5. Confidentiality:

- Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
