**Job Responsibilities - Data Entry Operator (Advanced Excel)**:

- Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, production, dispatch, and employee records.
- Use **advanced Excel functions** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.) to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Maintain and regularly update spreadsheets and databases for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports, charts, and summaries as required by management.
- Coordinate with departments like production, stores, HR, and accounts to collect necessary data.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and backup.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data.
