Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:

- Support in developing and maintaining relevant store design Revit family fixture content and documents
- Learn and implement Co. Revit standards to deliver projects with-in agreed time frame
- Understand the methods of quality standards to be maintained and deliver desired quality
- Communicate specific project updates with team/partners across locations at the right time

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Support to create and document accurate Revit fixture families based on input from design partners
- Ensure design processes are consistently applied as per specific department BIM standards
- Collaborate with team and other design partners to achieve quality and timely deliverables
- Ability to read and analyse cross-functional design drawings/ documents
- Work closely with supervisor to deliver special projects/ initiatives as assigned6. Build strong partnership across team in order to meet and exceed expectations
- Well-developed ability to coordinate multiple projects, and prioritize workload
- Maintain an excellent level of verbal and written communication on day-to-day activities
- Solutions oriented approach so that all the problems are escalated with proposed solutions
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment

**JOB REQUIREMENTS (DESIRED)**:

- 4 years full time degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering or Interior Designing (B.Arch\ B.E (in Civil\ Mech\ Electrical)
- 1 to 4 years of experience _**(CAD & Revit)**_
- Excellent working knowledge on Revit (Parametric family creations preferred), BIM 360, Bulebeam and PDF
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging & constantly changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
