Responsible for the logistics, Distribution the shipments to vendors on time.
- Responsible for shipments & Dispatch as per FIFO method.
- Supervised the Loading and Unloading of goods, making sure that items were
- handled with care and Placed accurately in the warehouse.
- Download the soft data(ERP) and share to the same with vendors through Mail.
- Ensure that the Warehouse Clean and Maintained at all items.
- Knowledge about inbound and outbound dept.
- Responsible for Vendor related issues Escalated.
- To prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
- Share the EOD reports, Productivity reports and update the same as drive.
- Co-ordination with FC & Packing team with smooth operations.
- Handling the Courier and Transportation Escalations.
- Handling inbound (receiving) Team.
- Co-ordinate with procurement team to create the new PO.
- Co-ordinate with Inventory team and get the vendor wise product audit
- Details for monthly wise.
- Guide to users inward the stock as per Invoice with PO.
- Invoice tally IN-done, and handover to accounts team.
- Tally the invoice with any excess or short and same has been escalated with
- Tower team(Procurement team)
- Handover the good’s Rack-in team(Put away team)
- Responsible for Vendor related issues Escalated.
- Responsible for GRC/GRN and clearing the issues and In-done
- Allocate the work and guide to team with smooth operations.
- Co-ordination with Couriers & Transporters to ensure the delivery as per TAT and
- Undamaged delivery.
- Preparing Stock transfer & Returnable & Non-Returnable
- Challans(Gate pass) for unit as well as warehouses.
- Responsible for material issue & inward as per FIFO method.
- Share the EOD reports, Productivity reports and update the same as drive.
