**Website Development and Design**:

- Build fully functional WordPress websites from scratch or customize existing ones.
- Develop responsive website designs compatible with all devices.

**Theme and Plugin Development**:

- Create custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Customize third-party themes and plugins as per client requirements.

**Website Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Regularly update WordPress core, plugins, and themes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website performance, security, and compatibility issues.

**Front-End and Back-End Development**:

- Design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Optimize website speed and performance.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Implement SEO best practices for website visibility and ranking.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, and content for search engines.

**Security Management**:

- Implement security protocols to protect websites from vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and updates.

**Content Management**:

- Integrate and manage content management workflows.
- Train clients or team members on using WordPress CMS.

**API Integration**:

- Integrate third-party APIs and tools.
- Connect WordPress with CRM, payment gateways, and other external systems.

**Technical Responsibilities**:

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and test code to ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.
- Optimize database performance.
- Implement caching mechanisms for better performance.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL**.
- Experience with **WordPress CMS, WooCommerce, and Elementor**.
- Understanding of **RESTful APIs**.
- Knowledge of **SEO best practices**.
- Familiarity with **version control systems** like Git.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
