Job Overview:
The Spoken English Trainer in schools is responsible for enhancing students' communication skills and proficiency in the English language through engaging and interactive lessons. The primary goal is to create a conducive learning environment that fosters effective spoken English communication among students.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Conduct interactive and dynamic English language classes for students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, such as role-playing, debates, and group activities, to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their spoken English skills.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Identify individual student needs and tailor instruction to address specific challenges.
- Offer additional support and guidance to students who require extra help developing their spoken English abilities.
- **Language Proficiency Assessments**:

- Administer periodic assessments to gauge students' progress in spoken English.
- Analyze assessment results to identify areas for improvement and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**:

- Foster an understanding and appreciation of English language and culture.
- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enhance students' global awareness.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Utilize educational technology tools to enhance language learning experiences.
- Integrate multimedia resources, interactive software, and online platforms to make lessons engaging and relevant.
- **Collaboration with Teachers and Parents**:

- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on students' progress and suggest ways for continued improvement.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about current trends and methodologies in language teaching.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to continuously enhance teaching skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
