**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in accordance with the CBSE syllabus for Grades 9 and 10.
- **Student Engagement**: Use a variety of teaching strategies to make learning Hindi engaging, interactive, and enjoyable.
- **Assessment**: Develop and administer formative and summative assessments, including exams and projects, to evaluate student progress.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment conducive to educational excellence.
- **Individualized Learning**: Identify students' individual learning needs and provide personalized support to help them succeed.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Encourage participation in Hindi-related extracurricular activities like debates, elocution, essay writing, and cultural events.
- **Parental Communication**: Keep parents/guardians informed about their child’s academic progress and areas of improvement.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and CBSE guidelines, and participate in professional development programs.
