**What You'll Bring**:
1. To conduct Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and maintain Risk Registers for the respective Business Unit in consultation with the concerned Management Committee member heading such Business Unit
2. Support ERM Global and Regional teams by helping develop, manage and distribute required reports, maintain internal and external ERM and dashboards that help with risk identification and monitoring
3. BURO will act as verifiers for the risks identified in their respective Business Unit by a process of self-assessment and shall discuss the findings with the Chief Risk Officer.
4. Embed the risk appetite statement and risk limits into their day to day activities so as to embed prudent risk taking into the Company’s risk culture and day to day management of risk.
5. Will help facilitate, partake and verify the results of the self-assessment process and opine on the departmental/business assessment of risk types, quantification and frequency.
6. Ensure that all operational and enterprise risk issues are brought to the attention of CRO and the Department/business every month.
7. Review the appropriateness of the design and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
8. Responsible for the timely follow-up, documentation and status of action plans, open issues (Internal Audit, External Audit, Regulator) and other initiatives pending its completion.
9. Identification of risk events is required to be done on an ongoing basis by the BURO for existing processes and on ad-hoc basis as required for new product introductions, projects or changes contemplated to existing products and processes.
10. To conduct regular discussions, surveys, etc. to identify new risks on a timely basis
11. Work with risk owners to track & govern the risk treatment plans and exceptions to ensure that all identified risks are managed within the organization’s risk appetite.
12. Perform risk analysis on the existing threats/controls or new projects and provide a impact assessment report to the Operations Department Head.
13. BURO will report to their respective departments/businesses, but work closely with CRO within the risk management framework and policy.

**Impact You'll Make**:
Engineering/Economics/Statistics/Commerce from top-Tier colleges 10+ years’ experience in BFSI/Risk Consultancy, Compliance & Policy, Credit Risk Knowledge of Banking/ Lending Industry would be preferred. Strong written and verbal communications skills
