**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and detailing services related to internal plumbing and sanitary systems, including layouts, sections, schematics, and riser diagrams.
- Designing site infrastructure such as storm water drainage, rain water harvesting, foul sewerage, process drainage, raw/domestic water supply systems, and landscape irrigation systems.
- Drafting and detailing plumbing and sanitary fixtures, including water closets, wash basins, urinals, floor drains, roof drains, water and sanitary pipeline joints, and pipe specials such as elbows, bends, reducers, enlargers, valves, and manholes, with product catalogue knowledge.
- Coordinating multiple above-ground and below-ground wet and dry utility systems with civil/structural foundations, beams, and columns.
- Preparing MTO/BOQ for plumbing and sanitary works.
- Creating schematics and isometric drawings.
- Developing shop drawings.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD software.
- Working knowledge of NBC, IS codes, Gulf Standards, and IPC codes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
