**Verify travel leads** by calling potential customers to confirm their interest and intent.
- **Ensure data accuracy** by cross-checking customer information with internal databases.
- **Qualify leads** based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales or booking team.
- **Maintain detailed records** of verification calls, and customer responses in the CRM system.
- **Identify and report fraudulent or spam leads** to prevent revenue loss.
- **Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams** to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
- **Provide customer assistance** by answering basic inquiries related to travel packages, pricing, and destinations.
- **Follow up with potential customers** who need additional verification or have incomplete information.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any field
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure accurate lead verification.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick thinking and decision-making skills to handle customer queries effectively.
