**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide detailed information and counseling to students regarding study abroad programs, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
- **Lead Generation**: Reach out to prospective students and parents through phone calls to generate interest and leads for our services.
- **Sales Conversion**: Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- **Information Dissemination**: Keep abreast of new courses, universities, and admission procedures to provide accurate information to students.
- **Customer Service**: Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- **Interest in Sales**: A keen interest in sales and the ability to meet targets.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- **Motivation**: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work and a desire to help students achieve their educational goals.

Pay: ₹10,122.98 - ₹36,572.79 per month
