**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the creative team and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Create visually appealing and compelling designs for various marketing collaterals, including but not limited to: brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, digital ads, and website elements.

3. Design and produce engaging visual content for both online and offline platforms, maintaining brand consistency throughout.

4. Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and solutions for design projects.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software, implementing best practices in design workflows.

6. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

3. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva etc.).

4. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

5. Demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into visually appealing designs.
