Description
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's strengths and areas of need in motor, sensory, cognitive, and social-emotional skills.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with parents/caregivers to set realistic goals.
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance children's functional abilities and independence.
- Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, self-care skills, and social participation.
- Monitor and document children's progress regularly, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, psychologists, educators, and physicians to provide holistic care.
- Educate parents/caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to support children's development at home and in other environments.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy through professional development activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Delhi, India.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and other special needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.

Preferred Education

BOT (Bachelors of Occupational Therapy), MOT (Master in Occupational Therapy)

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
