**Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Google etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

- **Qualifications**:

- Digital Marketing or Equivalent degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Minimum number of years’ experience in a similar position**: 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing field
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competencies (Critical Skills, Aptitudes & Personality)
- Ability to develop, rationalize, and present strategy
- Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to meet deadlines in a timely fashion.
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and result-focussed attitude
- Ability to work independently while also being able to work in cross-organizational and cross-cultural teams.
- **Language/Fluency**:Marathi, English, Hindi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
