- Adhere to SLA's
- Handling scheduling tool administration.
- Administrative experience with job scheduling software RMJ
- Perform scheduling package database, calendar, date object, maintenance
- Analysis, design, test and implement automated processes
- Troubleshoot and solve scheduling issues and conflicts
- Manipulate scheduled processes to accommodate customer requested changes
- Automate triggers and variable input parameters
- Analysis and perform acceptable condition code
- Analysis and perform resource definition and control
- Demonstrate ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer requests, own the request through successful completion
- Experience with establishing and documenting policies and procedures pertaining to automated scheduling and other production support analyst duties
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to mentor team members in various areas of expertise
- Solid understanding of documentation and production support activities
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Understand a large-scale 24x7 production environment
- Ability to prioritize workload across multiple customers, software tools, and operating systems.
