**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that drive targeted traffic.
- Perform competitor analysis to understand market trends and strategies.
- Utilize various SEO tools to assist in keyword research and analysis.
- **Site Analysis & Optimization**:

- Perform detailed site analysis, assessing both on-page and off-page factors to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide recommendations for on-site and off-site SEO to improve web traffic.
- Optimize existing content, ensuring optimal keyword density, prominence, and proximity.
- **On-Page SEO**:

- Conduct thorough analysis and optimization of on-page factors such as meta tags, heading tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and image optimization.
- Review and update content to ensure it aligns with SEO goals.
- Implement internal linking strategies to improve site navigation and SEO performance.
- **Off-Page SEO**:

- Create high-quality backlinks on reputable international websites using ethical SEO techniques.
- Perform off-page activities such as:

- Social bookmarking
- Blog posting
- Article submission
- Press release submission
- Infographic and video submissions
- Classified ad posting
- Business listings
- Reviews posting, etc.
- **SEO Tools & Analytics**:

- Manage and utilize Google Webmaster Tools (GWT) and Google Analytics for monitoring site performance.
- Regularly review and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Google's recent updates (Panda, Penguin, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Content Development & Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the content team to align SEO goals with content development.
- Provide recommendations for content creation to improve keyword rankings and overall SEO performance.
- **Social Media Optimization**:

- Manage social media tools for optimizing content visibility and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies for increasing social media traffic through SEO techniques.
- **Project Management & Reporting**:

- Manage SEO projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on SEO progress, results, and strategy.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools for keyword research and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of Google’s algorithms and updates, such as Panda and Penguin.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and social media optimization tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and improve website content, meta tags, and technical SEO aspects.
- Knowledge of content development strategies aligned with SEO objectives.
- Good project management skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Bachelor's (preferred)
