Job Title: Junior Architect - Fresher also can apply

**Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**: Contribute to the development of architectural concepts and participate in the design process from inception to completion.

**Drafting and Modeling**: Produce detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software, ensuring accuracy and precision.

**Project Coordination**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and clients, to contribute to the successful execution of projects.

**Research and Innovation**: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices, bringing fresh ideas to the design table.

**Presentation**: Assist in the preparation of design presentations, effectively communicating concepts to internal teams and clients.

**Construction Documentation**: Contribute to the development of construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 0-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong design sensibility and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is an asset.
