**JOB DESCRIPTION -** Assistant Manager/ Sr. Assistant Manager - Business Planning - Delhi HO Department: Business Planning

**Job Location**: Delhi

**Reports to**: Deputy Manager

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
PSI Management
- 1. Develop accurate purchase/sales/inventory forecasts as per targets

2. Sales plan vs actual mapping and reporting

3. Determine product assortment portfolio mix

Inventory management
- 1. Ensure maximum returns from the liquidation of aging inventory

2. Determine status of inventory levels and stock availability

3. Stock health analysis to control aging and devaluation

4. Improve inventory turnover ratio

Reporting
- 1. Ensure mínimal deviation from timelines for reporting to top management

2. Analyze product categories and availability of competing products

3. Drive project progress and completion

4. Sales plan vs actual mapping and reporting

Analytical Skills and can assess the impact of changes on multiple aspects of businessPlanning-Monitoring and reviewing progress and fixing deadlines and sticking to it

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Planning skills for time management and Work prioritization

Strong logical reasoning, planning skills and Confidence

Qualification & Experience:
Must have 4 to 8 years of experience with broad knowledge and experience in PSI management and demand planning & forecasting

Must have completed MBA (full-time) with strong academics of 60% throughout is preferred

Must have excellent English language communication skills - spoken & written

Analytical and Data-driven problem solver with proficiency in MS Office

Should have strong presentation skills and forecasting skill in Business planning Domain Experience:
