**DESCRIPTION**:
A Creative Visualizer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs and artworks that effectively communicate the brand’s message and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. The Creative Visualizer should have a strong artistic sense, excellent design skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visually engaging visuals.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Proven 4-5 years of experience as a creative visualiser, or similar role.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of After Effects is an added benefit.
Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
Ability to work both independently within a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Collaborate with the video team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Conceptualize and develop visual designs that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
Create compelling visual elements such as illustrations, graphics, and layouts for videos.
Use various design software and tools to create high-quality visual assets
Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into visual designs.
Present design concepts and ideas to the team and clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
Ensure all visual designs are in compliance with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and campaigns.
Collaborate with team to ensure the visual and written elements complement each other effectively
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
