**Your key responsibilities**
- Understanding the bank’s KYC policy and how BSM approval fits into the bank’s KYC process as a whole.
- Processing KYC files and obtaining BSM approval for those files meeting BSM criteria.
- Ensuring monthly/quarterly/yearly deadlines for all BSM relevant KYC files are met.
- Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met to ensure files are completed in a timely manner.
- Providing Quality Assurance and 4-Eyes Checks on all KYC files.
- Updating official KYC documents (i.e. Desktop Procedures and Key Operating Standards).
- Updating all BSM related documentation (i.e. internal training packs, mapping tables etc) and publishing on DB Intranet sites.
- Daily tracking and chasing of all outstanding BSM files.
- Responding to general BSM queries
- Producing ad-hoc MI for management
- Understanding nuances for respective regions, business lines, review types and implementing these when working with high volumes
- Processing PEP approvals prior to Anti-Financial Crime review for all UK adoptions where a PEP hit is present.
- Monitoring and tracking overdue and outstanding Sanctions Risk Acceptance Procedure (SRAPs) on behalf of Sanctions & Embargoes.
- Supporting the IB Business Review Council (BRC) processes including quality assurance on templates, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions through to resolution
**Your skills and experience**
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good communication skills to clearly and efficiently discuss with senior management and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel - experience with using and manipulating large data sets to provide easily digestible Management Information.
- Ability to diagnose and implement improvement areas across processes, tools and systems
- Experience of working with large forums and working groups
- KYC knowledge and experience an advantage
- Ideally knowledge of workflow tools in the KYC space (eg: dbCAR, Salesforce)
