Instructing new hires and conducting process-specific training
- Conducting refresher/ corrective training
- To implement the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner
- To achieve a desirable training output
- Developing training content
- Review existing training materials and make revisions, as necessary, as per instructional design
- Develop classroom agenda, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to participants
- Monitor the progress of new hires during OJT days post classroom
- Monitor calls and provide feedback to the agents on the floor
- TNA & TNI for the on-floor agents
- Conducting timely assessments & refresher training as and when required

**Salary**: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Process Trainer: 1 year (preferred)
