**Job Description - Junior Architect Responsibilites**:
- Consult with clients to determine the type, style and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered.
- Interpreting client briefs, preparing designs, and planning projects.
- Prepare or supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons.
- Complete coordination between various vendors and contractors to ensure the proper execution of the architectural design while matching the industry standards.
- Read and interpret all service drawings from consultants with necessary coordination.
- Develop project plans and meeting all coordinated deadlines and schedules.
- Organize and coordinate contractors, and vendors to meet project plan.
- Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Responsible for architectural direction, coordination and decision authority in their respective design team.
- Ensure the cohesion of their team, and overall project success. Skill Required:
- 1-2 years experience in architecture & interior projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
