**1. CNC & VMC Machine Maintenance (Fanuc Controller)**
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of **CNC & VMC machines with Fanuc controllers**.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in CNC & VMC machines.
- Conduct troubleshooting and calibration of Fanuc-controlled machines to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect and maintain guideways, ball screws, spindles, and other critical mechanical components.

**2. Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) Maintenance**
- Ensure smooth functioning and periodic servicing of **Automatic Tool Changers (ATC)**.
- Identify and rectify issues related to tool magazine, tool retention, and tool-changing mechanisms.

**3. Conventional Machine Maintenance**
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of **lathe, milling, grinding, and other conventional machines**.
- Conduct alignment and calibration of conventional machines to ensure accuracy.

**4. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance**
- Develop and execute a **preventive maintenance schedule** for all machines.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown history, and spare parts usage.
- Implement predictive maintenance techniques to reduce unplanned downtimes.

**5. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis**
- Identify recurring issues and conduct **root cause analysis (RCA)** to implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with the Quality and Production teams to address machine-related concerns.

**6. Spare Parts & Inventory Management**
- Monitor spare parts inventory for critical machine components.
- Coordinate with the SCM department to ensure timely procurement of spares.

**7. Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with **ISO, safety, and quality standards** in maintenance activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine maintenance and safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
