**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the learning needs of students.
- Use diverse instructional strategies (e.g., lectures, group work, hands-on activities, multimedia, etc.) to engage different learning styles.
- Adapt lessons to accommodate the needs of students with various abilities, including those with learning disabilities or those who need extra challenges.
- Regularly assess student performance through tests, assignments, observations, and informal assessments
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching practices.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of current educational trends.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- B.A., B.Ed - Graduate for 1st -5th & 6th to 10th Std
- 2+ years of proven experience in a CBSE school (essential).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Interview Procedure**:

- 1 HR round
- 1 Round with school coordinator ( based on position/score)
- 1 Demo teaching round with the school Principal

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications (₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month).
