**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our growing finance team. The intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and finance, working closely with senior finance professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring finance professionals to develop their skills and gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Maintenance**:

- Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, QuickBooks).
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- **Accounts Receivable/Payable**:

- Assist in the processing of vendor invoices and customer payments.
- Prepare and maintain records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Assist in reconciling bank statements with company records.
- **General Accounting Support**:

- Assist with various accounting tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and data analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (if applicable).
- Support the finance team in any other ad-hoc projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
