We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Member Development and Fundraising Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in advancing the organization’s mission by developing robust membership strategies, enhancing member engagement, and securing financial support through effective fundraising initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Member Development and Engagement**:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members and retain existing ones.
- Design and execute engagement programs that foster a strong sense of community among members.
- Regularly assess and respond to member needs and feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities for members.
- **Fundraising Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to support organizational goals.
- Identify potential donors and funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donors.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding.
- Manage donor relations, ensuring timely acknowledgment and recognition of contributions.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with other departments to align fundraising and member development efforts with overall organizational strategy.
- Communicate the impact of members’ contributions and donor funding through newsletters, reports, and social media.
- Represent the organization at relevant events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of member and donor interactions in the organization’s database.
- Analyze membership and fundraising data to inform strategies and report on performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and the board on membership growth, engagement levels, and fundraising outcomes.
- **Innovation and Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in membership development and fundraising.
- Recommend and implement new ideas and technologies to improve processes and outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in membership development, fundraising, or a related role within the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of donor and member relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in fundraising and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategies.

- Certification in Fundraising (e.g., CFRE) is an advantage.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
