**Job Summary**:
**Day to Day Operations**:
- Perform in-depth analysis and understands current setup of modules like Coupa P2P, Sourcing, Customer Success Portal (CSP), Customer Success Matrix (CSM), Coupa Insights
- Manages and resolves end user requests (e.g. system access requests, enhancements, incidents, workflows, reports, research requests, job scheduling, etc.) and provides data analysis and queries to support IT and other business initiatives
- Performs regular system maintenance by supporting timely upgrades, communications, process updates.
- Works continuously to look opportunities to enhance and elevate performance of business functions through technology platform.
- Communicates system changes, maintenance windows, and outages to impacted end users
- Develop and administer enterprise-wide onboarding training, recurring refresher training to employees and suppliers. Document training needs and training materials.
- Escalate performance and functional issues with Coupa vendor product support and drive to closure
- Deliver solutions successfully with his functional and technical capability to meet various stakeholders' expectations.
- Work in conjunction with Architects, Domain Specialist, Solutions Engineers and Experience Designers to business-develop the set of assigned strategic clients, achieve required conversion targets for opportunities in which the team is engaged and help improve the experience and retain a focused set of strategic clients
- Work with a broad range of Enterprise Applications roles to support complex opportunities with the appropriate skills, deliverables and outcome-based mindset

- Monitor and synthesize market research relative to our need as well as industry best practices and emerging solutions that can be applied to our business
**People Development**:
- Provide coaching to employees and peers to drive knowledge and understanding of the value of Partnerships
- Track individual KPIs to ensure optimum output and delivery efficacy

- Motivate one's own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
**Policies, Processes & Procedures**
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
**MIS & Reports**
- Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental needs to meet Injazat' s and the departmental requirements, policies and standards.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science
- Certified on the Coup Platform (Preferrable)
**Minimum Experience**:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Management or client experience executive role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Coupa Platform'
- Must be proficient with MS office, Visio and other collaboration tools like Jira, Jenkins, git, Miro etc.
**Job-Specific Skills**:
- Individual must have excellent skills to manage SS&P needs, process change, user requests and enhancements. Person should have excellent communication skills to impart training to internal and external user community to ensure effective and efficient usage of the system
- Individual must have experience of delivering enterprise level rollout to automate end to end Source to Pay journey.
