**Full Job Description**

**Position**: Machine Operator (Printing Technology).

**Experience**: 0 - 2 years.

**Work Location**: Ajman, UAE.

**Job Type**: Full Time (Permanent).

**Salary**: As per industry standard + Accommodation.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Operate various types of printing machines, including Roll-to-Roll and Flat Bed Printing.
- Review work orders and develop a detailed printing schedule.
- Match colors accurately according to samples provided by clients.
- Perform thorough cleaning of machines before printing, adhering to strict procedures.
- Conduct sample runs and ensure proper storage of sample sheets.
- Address and resolve minor issues that may arise during printing with adaptive thinking.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports for each shift and ensure a smooth handover to the next supervisor.
- Follow strict procedures for handling materials both before and after printing.
- Possess basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and perform routine maintenance on machines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in the printing sector or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personnel needs to be multitasking and a adaptive thinker as well.
