**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Excellence**: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum standards while adapting to the diverse needs of students.
- **Student Engagement**: Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, hands-on activities, and technology-based learning, to ensure active student participation.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning, implementing effective classroom management strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to monitor student progress and address academic or behavioral concerns.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with the latest educational trends and teaching techniques through professional development opportunities and continuous self-improvement.
- **Student Support**: Provide additional support to students who need extra assistance, including differentiated instruction and after-school tutoring if necessary.
- **Extra-Curricular Involvement**: Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities to foster a strong school community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- 5-6 years of teaching experience, with proven success in a classroom setting.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse student needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
