**Position: CNC Turning Operator cum Programmer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Machine Setup**: Prepare and set up CNC turning machines by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and work-holding devices according to job requirements.

**Programming**: Write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings and instructions to program machines, ensuring accurate and precise production.

**Operation**: Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.

**Inspection**: Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring

instruments to verify conformance to specifications.

**Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC turning machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure optimal functionality.

**Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machine operations, making adjustments or requesting technical support as needed.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production rates, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

**Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Turning Operator with programming knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and troubleshoot programs.
- Familiarity with various CNC machinery and their maintenance requirements.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of machining processes and best practices.
- Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Knowledge in VMC Programming is an added advantage.

**Education / Experience**:Diploma with 3-5 years of experience / BE with 2 years of experience / Preferably in Fanuc System

**Salary**: INR 20 K to 30 K Per Month

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
