**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver CyberArk training programs for various audiences, including IT professionals, security teams, and administrators.
- Conduct training sessions both online (via video conferencing tools) and offline (in-person at our training centers or client locations).
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on labs.
- Assess the training needs of participants and tailor sessions to meet those needs.
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to trainees, answering questions and resolving issues related to CyberArk.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and continuous improvement of training content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk updates, cybersecurity trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CyberArk Trainer or in a similar role with hands-on experience in CyberArk solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of CyberArk products, including Privileged Access Security, Enterprise Password Vault, and Privileged Session Manager.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience with creating training materials and hands-on labs.
- Ability to conduct training sessions both online and offline.
- Relevant certifications in CyberArk and cybersecurity (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer) are highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and travel, if necessary, for offline training sessions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
