**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.

2. Content Creation: Produce compelling, well-researched, and informative content across various platforms and formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.

3. SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and driving organic traffic to our website. Conduct keyword research, incorporate relevant keywords strategically, and follow SEO best practices.

4. Brand Voice and Messaging: Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content pieces, ensuring they reflect our brand values and resonate with our target audience.

5. Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to engage and interact with our audience through content, including responding to comments, addressing inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using appropriate metrics and tools, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategies and improve results.

8. Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats to continuously enhance our content marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as a Content Marketer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns.

3. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content for various platforms and audiences.

4. Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques to drive organic traffic.

5. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), analytics tools.

7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve content performance.

8. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to experiment with new content formats and strategies.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,301.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
