**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated SEO Executive to join our dynamic team at Hosthiway. The SEO Executive will play a key role in implementing and optimizing search engine optimization strategies to enhance the online visibility and performance of our clients' websites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about SEO and digital marketing to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for website optimization.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and image alt text, to improve search engine rankings.
- Perform on-page and off-page **SEO **activities, such as link building, content optimization.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve conversion rates, and achieve business goals.
- Continuously analyze and optimize website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
