**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to market services effectively to the USA audience.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Focus on identifying and generating leads while gaining a deep understanding of the NRI market in the USA.
- If needed, take the initiative to design creatives or collaborate with a designer to produce impactful marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.
- Compile, distribute, and present ideas, information, and strategies.
- Maintain websites and track data analytics..
- Proofread creative copy.
- Manage social media campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to improve campaign performance and efficiency continuously.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field **MBA preferred.**:

- 2+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or a related field, within IT services
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
