Automation Architect

Key Responsibilities:
1. Automation Strategy & Framework Development:

- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for mobile and web platforms.
- Develop best practices, guidelines, and standards for automation tools and frameworks.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for effective test automation.
2. Test Automation Implementation:

- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
3. Integration Testing:

- Design and execute integration testing strategies to validate end-to-end workflows across systems and platforms.
4. Quality Assurance Leadership:

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA and development teams on automation best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of automation coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define automation goals.
- Communicate test results, automation progress, and metrics to stakeholders.
6. Performance & Scalability Testing:

- Ensure automation solutions are scalable and performant across multiple environments and devices.
Required Qualifications:
2. Proven expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber or similar tools.
3. Strong experience with integration testing tools and methodologies (e.g., RestAssured, SOAP UI).
4. Hands-on experience in scripting languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar.
5. Proficient in testing RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.
6. Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
9. Ability to mentor and guide team members.
