- Job Description:
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is visionary and sound technical leadership
in all aspects for our business.
- We are looking for CTO who is ready to take up daily challenges and steer the

engineering team effectively to meet the vision of company
- Looking for 8+ yrs of experience in Full Stack/ Back end development to enhance and

guide our engineering team
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its

business goals.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage and help

departments use technology profitably.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. Build quality

assurance and data protection processes.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
- Use feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
About the company
- It is an EV financing and lifecycle management platform. We are offering transporters and
driver cum owners upfront financing with a buyback guarantee on electric commercial vehicles (in case of
defaults the same guarantees extend to NBFC partner).
Our end to end solution offers:
1. High LTV financing for Transporters for Electric Vehicles (New and Refurbished)
2. Lifetime Value Management through regular residual value management, vehicle buy back guarantees
and vehicle extended warranties
3. A direct distribution channel in partnership with Fleet Aggregators
4. EV service network in partnership with OEMs and Third Party Aggregators
5. Used battery and Used Vehicle marketplace for Electric Vehicles
