**Responsibilities**:

- Automate test plans for APIs, User Interface and other software components in Blackhawk’s technology stack
- Expertise and experience in designing Automation Frameworks from scratch
- Strong in Web Services Automation
- Should be a good coach for the team and has excellent communication skills
- Technical expertise in building effective testing frameworks, that are highly scalable and reusable.
- Proficient in front-end, backend, system testing.
- Proven experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG, Postman, RestAssured, Selenium and Jmeter
- Experienced with object oriented programming languages such as Java and scripting using Python, Shell etc.,
- Experience with scalability and performance testing.
- Experience integrating the automation suite with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience with Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Expert coding and design skills (strong Computer Science background and experience in in Java / Python)
- Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Quality methodologies.
- Good to have experience working with agile/scrum-based teams.
- Good to have experience testing large scale complex products with software and infrastructure components.
- You build tools for yourself and others to increase efficiency and to make hard or repetitive tasks easy and quick.
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledgeable about collecting metrics, measuring systems and interpreting data to make decisions.
- Organized, focused on building, improving, resolving and delivering. Good communicator in and across teams, taking the lead.
