**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Image Editing & Retouching**:

- Edit and retouch images to align with The Good Custom’s brand aesthetic, ensuring quality and consistency across all visuals.
- Enhance images by adjusting color, lighting, contrast, and sharpness, creating a polished and professional look.
- Retouch product images, lifestyle shots, and portraits to highlight craftsmanship, fabric textures, and overall style.
- **Brand Storytelling**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to select and edit images that bring our brand story to life, supporting campaigns, social media, and e-commerce.
- Ensure all images reflect the brand’s values of sustainability, quality, and custom craftsmanship.
- **Batch Processing & Workflow Efficiency**:

- Efficiently process and edit large volumes of images while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain image libraries for easy access by the team, following established file management protocols.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure that images support campaign goals and align with our brand vision.
- Provide creative input on visual presentation and suggest improvements to elevate the brand’s visual impact.
- **File Management & Compliance**:

- Prepare images to meet specific technical requirements for digital platforms and print materials.
- Maintain organized files, adhering to naming conventions and file management best practices.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in image editing, photo retouching, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other image-editing software.
- Strong understanding of color correction, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to work with various image formats and meet technical requirements for different platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring images are consistent and polished.
- **Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with sustainable fashion and an understanding of how images convey brand values.
