**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Check-In and Check-Out**:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with the check-in process, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Manage the check-out process, including billing, handling payments, and addressing any concerns.
- **Guest Services**:
- Provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and nearby attractions.
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure VIP and special requests are accommodated efficiently.
- **Reservation Management**:
- Handle room reservations and updates in the property management system.
- Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure accurate bookings and availability.
- **Telephone Operations**:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or staff as needed.
- **Collaboration with Departments**:
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Work closely with the concierge, bell desk, and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate guest records, including registration forms and payment details.
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy status and revenue summaries.
- **Cash and Inventory Handling**:
- Manage the cash float and ensure accurate billing for services used by guests.
- Maintain stock of front desk supplies and request replenishments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in front office or guest services in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-first attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
