**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master's degree in Physics or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) is preferred.
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the Secondary/Higher Secondary level (Years 9-12) in an international school setting is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge International Curriculum for Physics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong classroom management and discipline skills.
- Proficiency in using technology in education (e.g., interactive whiteboards, learning management systems).
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with Cambridge Board Examinations (CIE) assessment procedures.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Experience in extracurricular activities related to physics.
