**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop **architectural concepts, designs, and drawings** based on project requirements.
- Prepare **detailed plans, 3D models, and presentations** for client approvals.
- Ensure compliance with **building codes, regulations, and zoning laws**.
- Collaborate with **engineers, contractors, and interior designers** for smooth project execution.
- Conduct **site visits and inspections** to monitor progress and address design-related challenges.
- Use **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other architectural software** for design development.
- Work on **sustainable and eco-friendly designs**, ensuring energy-efficient solutions.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture** from a recognized university.
- **3-5 years of experience** in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural tools**.
- Strong **creative and technical skills**, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent knowledge of **construction materials, techniques, and design trends**.
- Ability to **handle multiple projects, work independently, and coordinate with teams**.
- Strong **communication and presentation skills**.
- Experience in **luxury villa or high-end residential projects** is a plus.
