**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post purchase call : Call patients who purchased the prescribed kit.
- Treatment Roadmap Explanation : Reinforce the treatment plan for the next two months, ensuring patient adherence.
- Condition Explanation : Explain the patient’s medical condition as noted by the doctor in the CRM.
- Outcome Expectation : Clearly communicate the expected treatment outcomes.
- Adverse Effect Guidance : Explain common side effects and instruct patients on what to do in case of adverse effects.
- Patient Query Resolution : Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Record Maintenance : Update CRM records with patient interactions and feedback.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
