- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of design iterations, revisions, and project milestones to support effective communication and project management.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in design and manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
