**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Perform regular inventory audits and checks to ensure stock levels are appropriate.
- Conduct fixed asset verification, ensuring that all assets are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding inventory and asset management needs.
- Assist in organizing and planning inventory-related logistics, including stock replenishment and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management processes, company policies, and fixed asset management standards.
- Travel to different locations as required for inventory and asset management and stock oversight.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Presentable with a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel as part of the job.
- Strong commitment to work and meeting deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Qualification in Commerce (CMA or Equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory management software or tools.
- Experience in fixed asset management or verification.
