**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, or existing customers as per company guidelines.
- Clearly explain the company’s services, offers, or campaigns in fluent English.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on previous conversations to nurture leads or close deals.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Prior experience in a voice-based role (BPO, telecalling, sales, or support) is a plus.
- Confident and friendly phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections and stay calm under pressure.
- A good headset and a stable internet connection (for remote roles).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
