JOB DISCRIPTION

1. Design Leadership: Take a lead role in residential interior design projects from concept to completion. Provide innovative design concepts that align with the client's vision and meet project objectives.

2. Project Management: Oversee and manage the execution of multiple residential projects simultaneously. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

3. Space Planning: Develop detailed space plans and layouts, maximizing functionality and aesthetics while adhering to project constraints and building codes.

4. Material and Finishes Selection: Curate and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that complement the design concept while considering durability, sustainability, and budget requirements.

5. 3D Visualization: Create compelling 3D visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.

6. Budgeting and Estimation: Assist in creating project budgets and cost estimates, and work closely with the procurement team to source materials within budgetary constraints.

7. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and artisans to access the latest products and innovations in the industry.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other designers, architects, and support staff to foster a cohesive and creative working environment.

9. Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and presenting design proposals.

10. Design Trends and Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments, integrating relevant ideas into project designs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
