**ey Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Supervise the daily operations of the ETP, STP, and RO plants to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Schedule and assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to wastewater and water treatment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
- Report any non-compliance issues or incidents to the relevant authorities and take corrective actions.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process enhancements and technological upgrades.
- **Inventory and Budget Management**:

- Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for plant operations, including the evaluation of operational expenses and resource allocation.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
