**Responsibilities**:
As a Telecaller at Apollo Clinic Silchar, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in representing our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- _**Professional Patient Interaction**:_Greet patients in a courteous and calm manner, ensuring that every patient feels valued and respected.
- _**Effective Communication**:_Utilize strong communication skills to engage with patients. Adapt your communication approach as needed to effectively address patient inquiries and concerns.
- _**Product and Service Knowledge**:_ Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare services and products offered by Apollo Clinic Silchar to provide accurate information to patients.
- _**Problem-Solving**:_Listen actively to patient concerns and provide solutions or assistance as necessary. Be adept at handling challenging situations and finding resolutions.
- _**Conversion Skills**:_ Leverage your communication skills to persuade and convert inquiries into appointments or service bookings.
- _**Conflict Resolution**:_ Possess outstanding conflict management abilities and address patient grievances during negotiations, ensuring a positive outcome.
